We want you to be completely satisfied with your Belvoir&Co purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the eyewear and all original accessories, including the case and cleaning cloth, back into the protective shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
